100% Moscatel de Alejandría
Vines tilled and harvested by hand in boxes of 11 kilos. In its vinification, the grapes are macerated with their skins at a controlled temperature, then pressed and left to rest in clay amphorae with their lees for a year.
Beautiful citrus notes of grapefruit and toasted orange peel, very floral with hints of jasmine. Beautiful aromas of aniseed and Mediterranean herbs. A voluminous vintage with freshness and spaciousness.
A lot of freshness in the mouth, a good acidity and tannins present from the skins, allows it to be combined with desserts and antedesserts, as well as cheese dishes or blue fish.
