The Origin
From the Premier Cru village of Mareuil, where chalk-rich soils and deep clay subsoils create an ideal balance between tension and fruit intensity. A terroir that brings precision, structure, and vibrant expression to Pinot Noir.
Grape Variety
100% Pinot Noir — fully expressing the varietal’s depth, fruit, and sensual energy.
Vinification & Ageing
12-hour maceration of perfectly ripened grapes in vats and French oak casks
Extraction designed to highlight the fruit’s purity and the terroir’s finesse
A small portion aged in oak to blend with the following year’s harvest, enhancing depth and continuity
Bottled 6 to 9 months after harvest
Aged 18 to 24 months on lees for added texture and harmony
Dosage
Brut, ensuring a lively balance between freshness and richness.
Released 3 to 6 months before reaching the market.
Production
Limited to 4,000 to 8,000 bottles, depending on the vintage — each one an ode to authenticity, craft, and expressive winemaking.
