This cuvée comes from the single parcel Les Criots, a clay-limestone vineyard with vines planted around 1960. Though technically classified as a village wine, its depth, finesse, and minerality align it with the best expressions of its appellation.
Viticulture & Winemaking
Made from 100% Chardonnay, the grapes are hand-harvested and sorted to ensure purity of fruit. Fermentation and ageing take place on the lees for 12 months in French oak barrels (about 20% new), followed by an additional 6 months in stainless steel, allowing structure and tension to develop without overpowering oak influence.
